Recap#10 PandaWriMo approaches!

Yes, it is the month we all wait for all year long, Panda Satire Writing Month, also known as PandaWriMo or 31 Days of Pandas! Huzzah! It is the month when all panda satire writers (I’m sure there must be others, aren’t there?) pull out all the stops and it’s panda, panda, panda all month long.

But before we bring you the next episode of The Case of the Picturesque Panda, we’d like to bring to your attention again, that next Tuesday (one week from today, in fact) has been declared “Giving Tuesday” (don’t ask me who declared this…probably the Associated Amalgamation of Organizations) and our charity of choice is Pandas International. (well, duh!) Buy any of our Panda Chronicle series books or Pandamorphosis from Amazon, and for each book purchased on Tuesday, we will donate $1 to Pandas International.

Because (wait for it) without pandas, there could be no panda satire.

And now, on with our story!

You just knew that Princess Pinky would weasel her way into this story, didn’t you? Well, you have not seen the last of Pinky! We will finish our recap this week on Friday and on Sunday bring you a brand new cartoon (I swear!) and so begins PandaWriMo! Huzzah!

Recap # 9: Our story so far

Oh we are getting close to the beginning of 31 days of Pandas and…um…I am hoping to have a spurt of energy in the next couple days…Hmmmm….we’ll see how I do.

Recap#8 & Fabulous Furry Friday

Huzzah! It is Fabulous Furry Friday as we continue with the next recap of The Case of the Picturesque Panda, in this run up to PanDaWriMo, otherwise known as 31 Days of Pandas!

Our Story so far….

The panda kindergarten arrives on the scene, and…

Not the tape!!!!!!

Could that be the mysterious Babette de Panda? What does she want with Wu’s tape?

Oh no! Not Mr. Wu’s tape!!!! And now it’s FRIDAY and we won’t continue the story until MONDAY!!!!???!!! What ever will we do on the weekend? (And did you notice Mehitabel in her cameo role as Babette’s driver?)

Well, if you’ve been a clever bear, you will have a collection of all five of The Panda Chronicles books, and you will have pandas to spare to get you through the weekend. Word to the wise, and all that. In the meantime, we hope to have a brand new cartoon on Sunday. See you then!

Inspector Panda is in for it now! Babette has him hooked into her story, for better or worse. Thank goodness Mr Wu has a level head on his shoulders.

Oh that Babette! She thinks she has Inspector Panda wrapped around her dainty little paw. Mr. Wu remains skeptical, while Inspector Panda…well, let’s just say Inspector Panda has his work cut out for him.

Day 2 of Inspector Panda Recap

Oh boy, PanDaWriMo (the event formerly known as 31 days of Pandas) is about to begin on December 1st!

Huzzah!

I can now reveal that Bob and Babette’s top-secret mission to meet with another set of international pandas has reached it’s successful conclusion. The dynamic duo paid a visit to Hao Hao and Xing Hui of the Pairi Daiza Zoo in Belgium’s beautiful countryside. You can even follow them on Twitter @XingHuiHaoHao How cool is that? The top secret meeting went well, other than the fact that Babette got a little huffy because she is French, and well, that’s just what Babette does, nes’t pas?

It’s Fabulous Furry Friday once again….

“Wu calls his dance, ‘Ode to a Weaf’ “

Well!

Good news panda fans, and especially fans of Mr. Wu! Despite being crazy busy with my Kickstarter project (the funding part is done and now the real work begins) I also managed to compile and format all the cartoons for The Book of Wu, the 4th book in The Panda Chronicle series. Wow!

So, in honor of the book being finished and scheduled to appear on Amazon in the next week, I decided that Fabulous Furry Friday would bring you some highlights from the life of Mr. Wu today.

Whatever could be in the box the panda kindergarten is delivering to Mr. Wu?
