Update on my friend in Pittsburgh: I finally got in touch with a mutual friend, and learned that his wife was not present during the shooting. He is still in critical condition, but they are expecting him to recover. It will be a long, hard recovery, but there is hope. Thanks for everyone’s concern.

Yes, It’s time for my favorite (okay, one of my favorites) holiday classic encore presentations, A Halloween Carol – with apologies to Charles Dickens. Something about this retelling of A Christmas Carol always tweaks my funny bone. Starring Princess Pinky (of course) (#ClapLouder) with appearances by The Mayhem Twins, Mommee Mei, The Wu Self, and in his very first feature presentation, Babee Bei Bei Bubba!

So, grab some popcorn or mebbee a cuppycake, and some boo cola, and sit back and enjoy….A Halloween Carol – with apologies, yadda yadda yadda…

We are back with Pinky in Wonderland! Sit back and enjoy the show. (Pinky says you should, so I think you better just do as you’re told, don’t you?)

Bubba wouldn’t be such a smarty pants if he wasn’t up in that tree (and couldn’t disappear at will)

It remains to be seen if Bubba can retain this new skill after the movie is over.

How could you have any doubts that the female of any species is willing to fight for what’s right?  Would YOU tangle with a mama bear who felt her cubbies were threatened? If the GOP (Greedy Old Poopieheads) stand by the viewpoint that #BoysWillBeBoys then we must recognize the alternative, that #WomenWillBeWarriors.

…It’s time for our annual rebroadcast of ….The Wizard of Wu!!!!! (Sounds of cheering and huzzahing and pass the cuppycakes!) Yes it’s that time once again when we dust off that old chestnut, that classic satire of The Wizard of Oz, starring…no…NOT Pinky!!!!!!!! But the one, true, dearly beloved Wu Self!!!

…Pinky in Wonderland! And I bet you were wondering when we’d get back to this, weren’t you? Never fear! We promise we will wrap this up by…um…the end of the year, but you know there have been SO many distractions of late! I do so hate watching the fall of Democracy and the end to Justice for All, you know? It is SOOOOO distracting!

Oh dear. Why did I think that a bunch of rich, white, male Senators would give any credence to what a woman had to say. Sorry to ruin your Friday morning, but if you thought the Senate Judiciary Committee (run by the Repugnant Republicans) was going to…oh, I don’t know…call for a full investigation to either prove or disprove the allegations against the Supreme Court nominee, but oh noOOOOOO. We can’t have that. We might have to believe the women and we know that is just not going to happen.

So, I realize I have too choices here. I could search for all the darkest ‘toons, and sink into the pit of despair (taking all of you with me for company) or…I could search for the pandiest ‘toons that bring us joy. Because we need it, I need it. The world needs it.
