Why, it’s The Panda Season of LOOOOOVE!

Even though we no longer have any participants in The Panda Season of Love in the US of A, we are still interested observers (Not like THAT!!!) of the season! Here are some ‘toons from the archives celebrating this season of Love amongst the pandas!

The electricity came back on just in the nick of time! A big windstorm yesterday evening took the power out for much of the island last night (the price of living in the trees!). My neighborhood appeared to be one of the last ones to get their power back and it returned just in time for me not to have to toddle off to the library with my laptop to prepare today’s post.

Huzzah!

But now on to more important things: It’s February, and you know what that means! it’s just about time for…

Pandas Go Wild!

A recent article by noted international Pandologist Henry Nicholls was brought to my attention by alert reader, Susan S. In the article, Nicholls talks about how wild pandas don’t …um…have that embarrassing problem that some zoo pandas have. Those pandas really know how to go wild!

Of course we of The Institute for Contemporary Panda Satire felt compelled to embarrass zoo pandas one more time. I mean, it’s what we do around here, isn’t it?
