Huzzah! It is time for the birthday season of our very own Wu Self, that paragon of pandas, that handsome hunk of hubba hubba, that fabulously furry fuzzbutt…
Ahem… It is hard not to get excited about Mr. Wu. He was the first actual panda that made a name for himself here at The Panda Chronicles and he captured the hearts of people all around the globe, especially after his record breaking well cubby check up video hit the airwaves.
So, without further ado, let us kick off the Wu’ Self’s birthday season with some classic Wu ‘toons!

Even tho Mr Wu has grown up (not so fast my young man!) he has real live penguins just ’round the corner to play Go Fish with.
Every time I see something different in repeat cartoons. This time I noticed the change in the pirate flag. Great details!
:o) Yes, I see new things too, or at least things I had forgotten that I’d done, which these days, is kind of the same thing. The Wu self will always be my most special panda, because he was my first that I watched since babyhood.
Wow, good eye! Of all the times that I’d read Wu’s ‘toons, I’d never noticed the different pirate flags.
