Snow Day Revisited

I know those of you in the DC area are dreading it, but early this week, there were predictions of a major snowfall in and around Washington DC. I am in total agreement with those of you who hate driving in it, dealing with other drivers driving in it, and shoveling yourself out of your houses and driveways.

But pandas love it!

And it was ever thus....

And it was ever thus….

Meihem, not Mayhem.

Meihem, not Mayhem.

Well, they did hang their coats up.

Well, they did hang their coats up.

And for the weather in the Pacific Northwest….
40 degrees and raining….at least we don’t have to shovel it.

Have a Fabulous Furry Friday Snow Day

Be the Bear,
Bob T. Panda

    — Yes, but you do realize that all those storms coming ashore near you eventually move east and WE have to shovel it. I think they undergo some sort of pandamorphisis in the middle of the nation. You might want to look into that.

I take absolutely no responsibility for that and if our rain can’t manage to behave itself when it goes traipsing off to large eastern cities, I can hardly be blamed for that. Although it might be the panda kindergarten’s fault for all I know. Or even Princess Pinky. She loves playing in the snow. Maybe it’s her fault that big stinking load of shovelable rainfall is headed your way!!!!!
Nope, nope…not my fault at all.

    “…da liddle bears room” MOL! {Cee muttering: Oh quit your snickering, I have the same problem & I’m not a “liddle bear”!}

Are you sure you don’t miss SE PA winters? Want me to send you some snow? Since it’s predicted we’re getting 18 – 22 inches, we will have plenty to share. I’ll even include some TastyKakes!

Oddly enough, I don’t miss PA (east OR west) winters! Or summers for that matter. I do miss October. But hey! If you are sending tasty cakes, I’d take some snow! It does sound like you’ll have plenty to spare.
But really, stay warm, hope you’ve stocked up on popcorn, tasty cakes, and bootini fixings. I habe more water in my back yard and driveway than I’ve seen in a while. Hopefully we won’t wash away. Stay dry!
