The Jig Is Up

I have just returned from a fact finding mission to Pinky’s Campaign Headquarters, where I took high level meetings with various panda dignitaries from around the country. Okay, from a short drive to Washington DC. Despite Pinky’s protestations that her yard is so big, she could get lost and wind up in Canada, I did not see any evidence that this could be possible. There may be some sort of secret passage way, but frankly, my dear, I think the jig is up. Now hand over those panda cubs or there will be trouble.

What do you mean you left a note saying they are at my house?

What do you mean you left a note saying they are at my house?

Several attendees at the gala panda lunch had gone on a fact finding mission to the actual home of the Toronto Twinkies and they said that they saw the twins there, but with the amount of time little panda cubbies sleep, they could easily have been strategically placed stuffed pandas. I’m talking to you, Cami and Frances! Did you actually see them move, or was one of the keepers just jiggling the panda stuffies with a stick, so that no one would know the real cubbies were gone?

Enquiring minds want to know!!!!!

Meanwhile, is Bubba going to have to pay for his increasing cheekiness to his big sister? He is walking on thin ice if you want my opinion. You really don’t want to make Pinky mad!

There will be more from my panda tourism experience on Friday! Till then…

You do have to admire Pinky for her ambitious nature and adventurous spirit … but I guess cub napping does cross the line … oh Pinky, your Mom is sooooooooooo mad

Terrible Ted was never much competition for Pinky. But I believe her numbers have gone up. I would think that Canadians would like to be able to vote, if only to vote against The Donald, in the hopes they can keep the flood of asylum seekers from trying to crowd into Canada.

You know, it’s possible that they were stuffies poked with sticks or suspended by wires. Did anyone pay attention to the man behind the curtain?

One should always pay attention to the man (or panda) behind the curtain. (See “Wizard of Wu”) Many diffculties could be afoided if we would only heed these words of wisdom.

Well, Daddee does have a bit of a permissive attitude to his little princess. And Bubba is taking far too much delight in Pinky’s misbehavior. There will be consequences, I’m sure.

Sadly the twins will be going home pretty soon. Too bad because they would have been so cute playing together with Bubba. Poor Mei! It just never gets any better for her with Pinky around.

Maybe Er Shun and Mei Xiang can arrange play dates for Bubba and the twins. (Spoiler alert…oh wait…that was supposed to come first, wasn’t it?) I heard that the bootini budget at the zoo has gone way up since Pinky arrived. Just sayin.

Wait till you see panel 2 of Sunday’s ‘toon. Talk about cuteness overload! They do have have “teddybear” thing going for them, don’t they? And Bubba is a little too thrilled about Pinky getting in trouble. More on that score to come soon too.

They are very unresisdabel!! pinky lost no time in making sure the twinkies had all the Pinky campaign gear. She must keep a supply in her room.

Those raised eyebrows! That flared nostril!! Oh my goodness, Mei is fuming! (hey, where are her steaming smoke lines?) Of course, Papa Tian is totally oblivious to what his Princess had done and the degree of trouble it’d caused. And that Bubba – he is enjoying how much trouble Pinky is in a little too much.

Ooops! Forgot the steaming smoke lines! And my fave, little puffs of steam coming out of her ears. Well, I bet Pinky will give me an opportunity to add those little details real soon! And Bubba better watch out! Pinky demands absolute loyalty!

Bob, Bob….tsk tsk !!…Pinky is not trying to discredit u, she was feeling sorry for u that u only had 3 votes !! If people think the Canadian cubbies r with u, they’ll think there’s more to u than just being an average bear !! Pinky thought it would be more fair if u got more than 3 votes when she wins the nomination for President !! See how thoughtful Pinky is ?? Pinky4President !! & Bubba should be greatful that he now has 2 little playmates !!

Dwell, it just goes to show it’s all about how you frame the topic, and not what someone actually says. Thus the current situation that politics is in today. Silly me! I had no idea that Pinky cared so much about me looking pathetic! I shall be sure to write her a thank you note and mention her in my victory speech.
