Doctor, Doctor, Give me the News

…I got a bad case of coronavirus blues!

Fortunately no (known) cases exist on Whidbey Island but I’m doing all the sensible things: staying home as much as possible (kind of easy when you are self employed and work from home), stocking up on supplies (both food and felty pandas), and watching lots of panda videos!

Speaking of felty pandas…

I am working through each group of felty panda rewards from my Kickstarter project, and will have all of them out to their new homes probably within the next 8 weeks. This is actually far ahead of schedule, for which we can thank HWMNBN for creating such an atmosphere of dire foreboding that relief through felty panda making is essential.

There has been some interest from people who either missed the Kickstarter project, or now that they have received their new felty friends, they want the rest of the characters. Once I finish with the Kickstarter pandas, I will open up to new orders, so please hold that thought. I don’t want to take a chance on requests getting lost in the shuffle.

In the meantime, did someone call for a doctor?

All My Pandas……

I'm not a doctor but I play one on television

And what could cheer you up more than Boopie and the Pandas?

Boopie and the pandas…

a morality tale…

…in several parts…

…but Boopie and the pandas live happily ever after. Ben does not.

And who could forget:

This doesn’t have anything to do with Mei Xiang, but I was looking for this one!

We hope this helped you forget about…um…everything.

Panda On!

Oh, the Felting Queen with her tambourine! Stab to the beat of the Felting Queen!!๐ŸŽน๐ŸŽน๐ŸŽน๐ŸŽน๐ŸŽน๐ŸŽน๐ŸŽนI love my wee pandas! So glad I have mine to hug right now! I typed up one response, but the ether got it! Donโ€™t you feel safe with Pence as the Coronavirus Czar!? Give me strength!
I would not trust him as far as I could throw him! And Azar! Yikes! Forget about his kind heart to make vaccines available to everyone! Is there a profit in it? Gives toads a bad name.
Been watching Mei and Tian play in separated yards. They are very cubbie-like and cute. I miss Bei Bei and Bao Bao, but someone on FezBook keeps putting Bei Bei on! He is so sweet. He has found a ditch that he likes to sit in and eat his boo. Just perfect for him, and every once in a while there is a picture of Bao Bao.
No change in my sister. More testing: another MRI and a lumbar punch. She is in a memory care unit which is best for now. Fingers and paws crossed.
I have taken up Hallmark movies. More than five kisses probably gives it an R rating, and the women are probably considered huzzies!
I hope you are doing well. Keep on Felting pandas! You make people very happy. I am so pleased and over the moon with my sweet felted pandas. I have hidden Pinky’s wand. Ping sends a Ping to you. Bubba is always hungry! More fooโ€™! Bee the Bear is all wise! And Mr. Wu is precious. He feels very good to hold!
Some good news: My eye doctor says I can get my cataracts done in April and May! Huzzah!
I will be able to see! Sing Hallelujah!
    Take care. Thinking of you!

I’m glad Mei and Tian are stepping up and keeping their fans entertained. I see the Bei Bei photos and videos on Twidder. There person who is posting them has been very generous.
I don’t trust Pinch very far either.
Congrats on the cataract surgery! All the better to see your felty pandas! I stocked up my wool supply, in case the island goes into lock down.

Apparently there are more cases of it in the western part of the state than previously known or reported. Island county is clear, so far, but probably not for long. I am pretty well stocked up here. 9although when I went to the grocery store today, there was NO hand sanitizer. Fortunately, I have some, but hope to renew supplies, as my car container is getting low. Don’t forget to clean your phone! A little alcohol (rubbing, either 70% or 91%)on a soft rag will keep it clean(er). And wash you paws with soap and water, don’t just lick them!
