Oh my goodness! We are almost at the halfway point of 31 Days of Pandas! Are you excited? I know that I am! This week we will continue with our latest Holiday (instant) Classic, Mei Xiang’s Nightmare before Christmas (Part 3 premiering on Tuesday!) and on Wednesday, we will have an Impeachment special! Huzzah!

I must say, your cake obsession is somewhat contagious. I tend to go for coffeecakes a bit more than the frosted variety though. Blueberry buckle is a current favorite with a struesel topping. As for the ‘holidays”, at this point in life being alone on Christmas with the pets is the least stressful way to be.Plus, all the presents I get are from me and exactly what I wanted. 😉🙂
I am somewhat agnostic when it comes to cake. I love a good coffee cake too. But frosting…ah! I can’t resist!
I’m at a place in my life where presents are not a big thing at Christmas. Buying for yourself means never being disappointed, or having to fake enthusiasm for an unwelcome gift.
