Resolution Day

You say you want a resolution, well, you know, you can never change the bear… Oh! Hello everyone. Welcome to 2017. We hope that 2017 turns out a lot better than 2016, but we really won’t know until we get there, right? One thing you can be sure of, as long as I can hold a pencil and pen, and my quart of india ink (extra black!) doesn’t run out, I will be bringing you new panda ‘toons twice a week, on Sundays and Wednesdays, and on Fridays, there will be a small collection of some of my favorite ‘toons of the past eight years! Yes, it has been that long!

You’d think I would be famous by now.

And while Bubba is growing up, some bears never change.

Once again proving the intransigence of Pinky, and the omnipotence of Mommy Mei

Wishing ebberybody a “Beary Happy New Year”! Thanks for “31 Days of Pandas”, they were/will be a much needed distraction from the shenanigans being played out in the “real” world!

    Mommee always knows what’s best . . . even if a Pinky doesn’t agree.
And I’m with Bubba. How does she do dat??
I’m dying to know what’s on Pinky’s list of new year resolutions.

My inner panda thinks now that the Winter Solstice is behind us, we in the Northern Hemisphere are leaning toward warmth and light. May your New Year be filled with the warmth of loving friends and may you be surrounded by the light…and may all pandas find cuppycakes in their paws every day throughout the year.

Thank you. The year is off to a dark start (as you will read tomorrow.) but I have hopes for improvement. Not holding my breath, mind you.

So awesome to start the new year with an angry Pinky face!! She is back and delivering her funniest lines. Little Bubba is as cute as ever, even if he does gulp down his food.
Congratulations on Eight Years of Pandas & Happy 2017!!

Pinky, Pinky, Pinky. Don’t you know that you’re the only one who thinks that you’re “perfect”? I mean, how could you ignore Mommee’s list of new year resolutions for you. Oh, the shame of it all!
