Fabulous Furry Friday Returns

What would we do without Fridays? That gateway to the weekend and relaxation…or maybe you work weekends or have saved up all the chores you don’t have time for during the week, so really, wouldn’t it be better if you could just sneak back to the office so you could watch panda videos of Fezbook, when you think no one is looking?

Not of course that I am suggesting that you do that. I’m just saying….

From a true story!

From a true story!

this old den 2nd episode

The panda kindergarten is so very helpful.

You know we're just kidding about this, right?

You know we’re just kidding about this, right? And besides…you can never have too many cartoons about cats!

Aren't you done yet?

Aren’t you done yet?

Thanks for joining us for Fabulous Furry Friday!

My Inner Panda thinks that the following. First, poor Mehitabel, domesticated cats always deserve to be treated with dignity. Besides, I have stepped into so much ah, err, cat urp in my short relationship with my furbabies. Second, my Inner Panda wonders whether the “Bamboo Flooring ” was treated with anything? If so, was that was a factor in tummyache-making? And while I have a forum, how is it that the internal panda food processing systems from top to bottom are not full of splinters? I suppose being a panda does not make Bob T an expert on panda-insides, so he is off the hook on knowing the answer on that thought. Actually Bob T has so much on his paws with the Panda Kindy, he is always off the hook with me.

On the subject of cats again, one I rarely venture too far away from, does this mean I can take a Belfie (Selfie with Best Friend, Group of Best Friends or Your Current Best Friend Forever) with a Lion? Of course, being a rule follower, I need to know. What if I befriend and make a best friend forever of a Lion, Lioness or Lion Little-Bitty Cubby? I ponder this as I notice the Lion is a species not lIsted in the aforementioned group, of feline sorts banned from picture taking joy. I blame Sesame Street for the attention skills that are sadly, and currently lacking in the American public. All those short entertaining educational pieces that shaped young minds and influenced their parents, guardians, family members, and caregivers. Now, remind me, why did I say that last bit?

I was under the impression that a “Belfie” was a selfie taken of one’s butt, which in the case of Princess Pinky would be exceptionally cute. With me? Not so much.
I think that the article I read later did include lions, cheetahs, and leopards, as well as tigers, so no sneaking, okay? I think house cats are still fair game, even if they wouldn’t like it very much. I almost took a selfie with a tiger mannequin today, but was too tired to get out my selfie machine. Plus I am in a witness protection program, so, I refrained.
