Fabulous Furry Friday returns!

Today is the day when we revisit cartoons that have relevance to items in the news.  Since this is the “Panda Season of Love” and we have been focusing on our Scottish pandas, I thought a glimpse of the early days of pandas in Scotland would be in order.

Enjoy!

What could be more scottish than Pandas?

When it was announced that pandas were heading for Scotland, I couldn’t have been happier. And did you know that I invented my Panda clan tartan 2 weeks before the Edinburgh Zoo announced theirs? Am I good, or what?

Sorry Rumpy. The panda Kindergarten ate them all before I could call you. We’ll try to call faster next time.

I love the panda tartan – only just realised it was a bamboo pattern 🙂
Panda Air – I’ll never fly anyone else!
The panda squashing the bagpipes is ridiculously cute!!

I don’ know why the designers of the OTHER panda tartan did not use the bamboo motif. Go figure! And we’d be happy to book you onto pand-air for your next flight. Send your ticket money care of…um… The panda kindergarten, ‘kay?
